Description

Survive the end of the world in Nightbound, a turn-based tactics game about two strangers who have no choice but to work together. Play as Jun and Loren, who must learn to trust each other if they are to have any hope of surviving the Bloom, the fungal plague that has swallowed all civilization.

Stalkers, Rippers, and an increasingly horrifying array of Bloom-born creatures attack the house across twelve nights. Fight as a pair from one shared pool of Command Points and aim every shot by hand. Between the battles, repair the van and get to know each other. As Jun and Loren grow closer, they unlock more powerful abilities together.

Set in a late ’80s world of battered interiors, heavy fog, and creeping fungal horror, Nightbound is the debut game from Crooked Cats Studio, a husband-and-wife indie team based in San Diego.
